Seekers Circle in Bedford
The
Seekers Circle is having another 6 week spiritual adventure on
Thursdays, this time in the comfortable and warm parlour of
Bedford United Church.
Here is our
itinerary:
- Feb. 11 - Elizabeth Hurst will talk to us
about meditation and our personal,
spiritual quest.
- Feb. 18 - We'll watch
part of the dvd THE LIVING MATRIX and discuss the
different forms of energy
healing.
- Feb. 25 - Terry Choyce will guide a
discussion about contemporary spirituality, and creating your own
theology.
We meet from 7pm to 9pm at
1200 Bedford Highway. The parking lot is behind the church on
Sullivan's Hill Rd. There is a $5 donation which goes to the

 Brighten your Winter at the Holistic & Psychic Fair!
Bring more light and love into your life this February at the second annual Holistic and Psychic Fair in Dartmouth. There will be more than 30 booths with information and products to make your life better. There will be free presentations every hour! From aura reading to yoga, there is something to keep you healthy and smiling.
The Fair is Feb. 20th and 21st. Once again it is at Cole Harbour Place in Dartmouth, which is on the Forest Hills Parkway. The cost is only $3 a day. Saturday they are open from 10am to 6pm and Sunday from 10am to 5 pm. There's lots of free parking around the back of the building, by the Fair entrance. It is also on a bus route.
The speaker list is very interesting! On Saturday (10:30)Anne Perry will be talking about numerolgy, (11:30)Nova speaks on Shamanism, (12:30) Terry Choyce presents different forms of spiirtuality, (1:15) Myrna Starrat talks about awakening to our full selves, (2:00) Judith MacKenzie Castle discusses connecting with our passed-on loved ones, (3:00) Debbie Berry talks about angels, (4:00) Rick Hunter discusses hypnosis, and (5:00) Catherine Whittaker shares her knowledge of chakras. The speakers on Sunday are (10:30) Katie Sampson sharing Wicca, (11:00) Holly Poole discusses astrology, (12:00) Janice Hunter talks about dreams, (1:00) Alain LeBlanc explains karma, (2:00) Melissa Sarrazin shares about overcoming depression, (3:00) a panel discussion on indigo and crystal children, and (4:00) Ken Penrose discusses past life hypnosis.

The Sacred Awakening Series
The Sacred Awakening Series, is unique teleseminar event featuring more than 40 spiritual leaders from every major tradition over 40 days - all for free (if you participate live - it's the price of a call). Some of the teachers include Genpo Roshi, Marianne Williamson, Robert Thurman, Andrew Harvey, Rabbi Yehuda Berg, Barbara Marx Hubbard, Abdul Aziz Said, Sadhguru, Jean Houston, Matthew Fox, Gangaji, and Grandmother Agnes Baker Pilgrim.

SpiritualSeekers.ca is an online gathering place which
connects people in Atlantic Canada who have many different spiritual
interests and beliefs. Here you can find groups, events,
spiritual service providers, spirit-based information, and fellow
seeker-members. Please become an active contributor
to our website. There are many options for you to interact
and become a part of the Spiritual Seekers community!
For
those of you who have businesses or events which are spiritually
oriented (reiki, yoga, discussion groups, etc.), please list with
us. We want to help your business or group grow and
flourish. Basic listings are free, and there is a small
administration charge for larger ads.
Our home page changes often, and features timely events
and information. There are also inspiring Weekly Words of
Wisdom. And our calendar expands almost every day with
interesting things to do!
It
is our hope that SpiritualSeekers.ca will be a place for exploring
different beliefs, with our hearts and minds open to new ways
of understanding and experiencing our concept of Source, the meaning of
our lives, and our place in the universe. In the process,
we'll create a community of people who want to live with love,
